The White Settlement Police Department is a full service agency.
Patrol Division - As the primary function for the department, the Patrol Division provides 24/7 response to calls for service. When not engaged with a citizen request for assistance, officers proactively patrol neighborhoods and businesses. Officers also enforce traffic laws on residential streets, major thoroughfares, and highways.
Investigations Division - This Division supports patrol operations by investigating crimes that are reported to police. Within Criminal Investigations, the department also participates with state and federal task forces.
Community Services Division - This Division supports community engagement programs and initiatives. The P.A.W.S. Community Center that manages animal control operations for the city is also housed in the Community Services Division.
Police Administration Division - This section provides oversight and management of the administrative functions of the department. The WEST COMM Dispatch Center and Property, Evidence and Records Unit falls under the Police Administration Division.
