Community Services Division
The Community Services Division is responsible for overall community programs and initiatives. This Division is commanded by a Lieutenant and oversees a wide range of activities that seek to build and maintain community trust.
Some of the programs include:

The Division also manages quality of life issues related to illegal parking, abandoned vehicles, noise complaints, homeless assistance, panhandling, nuisance issues, hotel and motel compliance, and multi-family compliance. The Division is also responsible for department and community training, mental health/crisis intervention team, Tarrant County MHMR Liaison Program, and City Council security operations.
The P.A.W.S. Community Center that oversees animal control operations for the city is also housed under the Community Services Division.
