The White Settlement Police Department is accredited by the Texas Police Chiefs Association Best Practices Recognition Program since 2013 and has achieved re-accreditation in 2017 and 2021. This program is the gold standard for public safety agencies and WSPD is one of only 186 departments out of more than 2,700 across the Lone Star State to achieve this recognition of excellence.
