The City of White Settlement is committed to ensuring our community is a safe and beautiful place to live, work, and play. Community members have the ability file a complaint to alert city officials, including police officers, of potential hazards, parking issues, or other offenses that are generally classified as Class C misdemeanors. This complaint form can also be used to report code enforcement issues, city ordinance violations, animal issues, and fire hazards that are not considered an emergency.
To report complaints that warrant an officer's review, please complaint the "Complaint Form" and drop it off at the police department during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Forms can also be left with the WEST COMM Dispatcher on Duty during after-hours or on weekends. Citizens can also email the form-fill digital version to wspd@wspd.us.
The Patrol Commander will assign the complaints to field personnel, or refer the complaint to the appropriate city department if the police department lacks jurisdiction in investigating the matter. Officers have the discretion to determine the appropriate response to rectify the situation, including verbal discussions with the offender, leaving a door hanger, or issuing a citation, depending on the type of incident being reported.

Traffic and Other Service Issues
The department also accepts community concerns related to traffic issues or other neighborhood concerns. Contact our patrol division for a neighborhood concern or to report speeding issues on residential streets. Complete this online form so that your issue can be investigated.
