Strategic Plans

The department adheres to a multi-year Strategic Plan to serve as a roadmap for department operations related to crime reduction strategies, community engagement programs, and employee development. 

The department also maintains a Strategic and Crisis Comms Plan to guide corporate communication strategies for internal and external audiences.
