For in progress incidents that require a police officer, fire fighter, animal control officer, or code enforcement officer, please contact our non-emergency at 817-246-4973 for Police, 817-246-1761 for Fire, 817-246-1043 for P.A.W.S. Animal Services, or 817-246-4971 for Code Enforcement. For emergencies, please dial 9-1-1. Complainants may elect to remain anonymous as a reporting person or they can waive anonymity on the form. The form can be completed online or in-person and dropped off at City Hall located at 214 Meadow Park, the Fire Department located at 8308 Hanon Drive, or the Police Department (which also oversees P.A.W.S.
