Over the past nine months, many of the restrictions imposed by the pandemic have put the community’s blood supplies in jeopardy. Traditional hosts, such as businesses and houses of worship, can no longer host blood drives. The closure of schools, universities, and colleges, as well as the holidays has compounded challenges to making sure that blood is available for transfusion dependent patients. We have partnered with Carter BloodCare to host a blood drive to help with this situation. We ask that you consider heading to the following link and signing up for a time to give blood on January 22. The blood drive will be held at the White Settlement Senior Center (8211 White Settlement Rd).
