3/20 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:
FROM THE DESK OF THE CITY MANAGER
We have been in contact with our vendor partner and have negotiated arrangements to temporarily waive the $5 convenience fee for online and pay by phone utility bill payments. This change will allow those wishing to remain at home during this time of health crisis to safely and conveniently pay their water bill without incurring a fee. This will go into effect on Monday, March 23rd at 8:00 am. If you have any questions please call 817-246-4971 and select option 1.

Utility Billing / Customer Service is responsible for establishing and maintaining all water utility accounts in the City of White Settlement.
Apply for Water Service
To set up your water service with the City please fill out the WATER SERVICE APPLICATION and then either bring it into City Hall (CURRENT HOURS: Wednesday and Friday, 8am-5pm) or email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you require assistance, please come into City Hall and speak to a Utility Billing representative or call at 817-246-4971.
Water Utility Payment Options
For your convenience, there are several options for paying your utility bills. You may mail your payment to:

Include your payment stub and the account number on your check. Payment may also be made inside City Hall at the Customer Service counter or at the drive up window. Payment is accepted from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. A drop box is also available for payments 24 hours, 7 days a week. You may also pay online. We also have a new phone payment option. Just call 855-715-1312 to pay your bill over the phone. Setting up an automatic monthly bank draft is another payment option. Just fill out the BANK DRAFT FORM and bring it into City Hall or email it to email@example.com.
Additional Information Regarding Payments
All payments made after 5 p.m. will be posted next business day. Partial payments are accepted. However, if your account is not current and you would like to request additional time to pay your bill contact the Utility Billing Office at 817-246-4971 prior to the disconnection date before 5 p.m.
Request a Senior Exemption
Residents age sixty-two (62) or over may request a waiver of penalties and late fees on their account. The waiver applies only to residential account holders who occupy the premises. To request this exemption fill out the SENIOR EXEMPTION FORM and bring it to City Hall or email it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
How your sewer usage is calculated

Apply for a Leak Adjustment
Ordinance 2229-03 provides that a customer may apply for an adjustment of their water bill because of a significant increase in water consumption that can be proven to be the result of a leak past the water meter in the water line serving the service address. This form is provided for customers applying for water leak adjustments only. The information obtained from the customer shall be attested by the customer’s signature. Proof of leak (receipt copies and/or pictures of damaged parts and/or pipe(s)) shall be attached to this form. Only residential single-family or multi-family accounts with separate meters are eligible. To apply for a leak adjustment fill out the LEAK ADJUSTMENT FORM and bring it to City Hall or email it to email@example.com.
