Class Descriptions

Lunch Crunch - A burst of energy to get you through the rest of your work day! A boot camp style Interval fitness program geared towards your individual fitness needs. 

Yoga - Center your mind and body. Yoga blends balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness setting. (Beginners and Seniors Welcome)

Zumba - Doesn't matter if you can't dance. We will break it down for you! A mix of current  and Latin dance music set in a fun group fitness environment. All fitness levels welcome

Fitness Schedule

  • Monday
    • Lunch Crunch: 11:30 a.m.
    • Yoga: 6 to 7 p.m.
    • Zumba: 7 to 8 p.m.
  • Tuesday
    • Zumba: 10 to 11 a.m.
    • Zumba: 7 to 8 p.m.
  • Wednesday
    • Lunch Crunch: 11:30 a.m.
    • Yoga: 6 to 7 p.m.
  • Thursday
    • Zumba: 10 to 11 a.m.
    • Zumba: 7 to 8 p.m.
